BharatPe raises $15.5 million in Series A round

Insight Partners, Sequoia, and Beenext are investors
- BharatPe, a fintech startup providing merchants with interoperable UPI QR codes, has raised $15.5 million in Series A funding.
- Insight Partners has joined the company's existing investors, Sequoia and Beenext, in the round.
- This fintech company is working towards driving the adoption of UPI among merchants, and has established operations in 11 cities namely, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Nagpur, Chandigarh, and Jaipur.
