WhatsApp announces 'Startup India-WhatsApp Grand Challenge', Rs 1.8 crore up for grabs!

WhatsApp has listed healthcare, rural economy, financial and digital inclusion, education and citizen safety as the themes for the startup challenge.
- WhatsApp, with 1.3 billion global users and over 200 million users in India, has been working closely on its business platform - the WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Business API.
- To fuel the growth of India's entrepreneurial and small business community, the Facebook-owned WhatsApp in partnership with Invest India launched the "Startup India-WhatsApp Grand Challenge".
